Product introduction

The DC900P is a newly developed next-generation DC drives that uses an advanced control platform to provide high flexibility and high performance drive control for a wider range of applications. The DC900P is an upgrade of the DC900C, and the parameter setting has been upgraded, and the dip switch setting has been replaced by the key panel setting, which makes the operation more convenient and fast. DC900P has rich application programming modules, support MODBUS/PROFIBUS/PROFINET and other communication protocol optional cards and speed feedback cards. Available in 2Q or 4Q options, standard output range 20-4000A.

Function block programming software CACTool

CACTool is a modular configuration software based on Windows operating system. It is very flexible to use, and each control function block (such as input, output, PID) is designed as a software module that can be freely connected internally, making it very easy to achieve the functions required by users.

The driver comes with the function block pre-configured as a standard DC governor.

Users can also use the function block programming software CACTool to create their own control strategy, and PLC functions can be realized through the logic and calculation function blocks of CACTool, so as to eliminate the need for external PLC system, reduce the complexity of the system and save costs. Its internal powerful parameter monitoring and oscilloscope function can monitor any parameter change online in real time, which is very convenient for engineering analysis and optimization design.
